Can I change tiers mid-contract?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect on renewal with 30 days' notice.
What if I need custom services?
All our tiers are customizable. Talk to us about specific needs—paid ads, event coverage, additional video production—and we'll build a plan that fits.
Do you do project work too?
Absolutely. Subscriptions are for ongoing management. For one-off branding, web builds, or campaign launches, we offer project-based pricing alongside our retainer services.
What's included in travel fees?
Mileage, location shoots, on-site content capture, and in-person strategy work. On the Growth and Premium tiers, these are billed separately as incurred.
How long is the commitment?
Twelve months for the first year. Either party can cancel with 30 days' written notice. You own all content created under your subscription.
